Tuition fees in Malaysia have been increasing every year but once you have registered to the course at the university or college you will pay the same fees until you graduate, unless you change your course or if you moved from Foundation to Degree. It is normal that the tuition fees are increase because this is what happens in almost all the countries with good education. The increase tuition fees are still lower than the tuition fees in UK, USA, Canada, Australia and New Zealand. There are many factors that forces the universities to increase tuition fees, that is why the tuition fees in crease every year.
