9 Tips Top Get Good Grades


1) Score high grades in your Assignments and Quizzes or Tests
Usually in Universities they will have around 30% to 50% coursework for each subject in each semester.
Your Coursework marks will help you to get really high grades. For those who can't do well in Final Exams then they should do               well in their Assignments. If you can't do well in your quiz then you should ask your friends what will the quiz be about and if you don't know when the quiz is and you didn't study then you should use the tips to write quiz.
2) Get high Grades in your Assignments
Pay more attention on the Introduction of the Assignment and the Content of the Assignment. Lectures don't have time to read 10 to 30 pages of Assignment for each group or person in the class, if lectures had to read all the assignment then they will not have time for anything else. 
  • Follow the Instruction lecturers provided.
  • Provide all the information lecturers wants.
  • Put Introduction.
  • Put Conclusion.
  • Put Page Numbers.
  • Put References.

3) Get high Grades in your Quiz and Test
When you take quiz don't leave anything blank, answer all the question, if the quiz is MCQ it's a lot easier for those who didn't study, and for those who study likes the structure questions.
Multiple Choice Question Tips.
  • Answer All.
  • Choose the best answer you think is correct.
  • Put x for those questions you think is wrong.
  • Try to recall back what you read or what your lecturer taught.
  • Answer with pencil on the question paper before you answer on the real answer booklet. 

Structure Questions Tips.
  • Answer all.
  • If you don't have any idea then define each word that was written in the question, but define in your own words.
  • Try to find your answer in the Multiple Choice Questions.
  • Make your points clear.
  • Use new line for each point.

True or False Question.
  • Choose between True or False to answer the question you don't know.
  • If you choose True, then every question you don't know choose true only.
  • Answer with pencil.

4) Attend All Your Class.
Even if you are not good in studies, attend all your class, if you attend all your classes you will know what is going on.

5) Take Notes.

Taking note during class will help you minimize the amount of ours you have to put in, because when you take note you understood when lecturer explained in the class and you don't have to go back home or library to try to find and read all the things.
  • Takes Notes during lecturer, because this way you will also understand your lecturer, and you will be in track.
  • Take Notes for the things Lecturer said "This is Important". This means tip for your exams.
  • Take Notes of the Examples, it easier to remember the examples, because example could be something you know and it could help you to understand.


6) Make a plan
For Example. 15% Quiz, 15% Assignment and 20% Mid Semester Exams. Put target for your self in each of those assessments. 10% out of 15% for Quiz, 10% out of 15% for Assignment and 10% out of 20% for Mid Semester Exam, these will give you 30% out of 50%. You will only need to get 20% out of 50% to pass your subject.

7) Submit All Your Assignments.
Submit all your assignment even if your submit them late, ask your lecturers even if they minus your marks for late submission, even if they tell you that they will give 0, submit your assignments. 


8) Form or Join a Group Study.
Form or Join a group study, joining group study will help you to get good grades in your exams. 
Why?
If you don't understand after reading a lot of books and your notes, group study will help you, because in group study your friends can explain them to you. If you hate reading a lot then your friends can explain your notes to you. If you don't know how to solve calculation questions or accounting question, in group study, your friends can teach you easiest way to solve them. If you are not good in memorizing then your friends can explain them to you in a way you will remember. 
Note:  Join the group that is good in studies.

9) Teaching Your Friends.
Teaching helps you to understand more on the things you have learned.
Teaching helps you to confirm that you understood.
Teaching helps you to understand you mistakes and try to fix your mistakes.
Teaching helps you to recall what you have learned and forgot. 
When you are in a group study and after your friends taught you your studies, try to teach to someone what you have learned.
