They are a lot of people that becomes unhealthy when they become students, there are a lot of reasons for that, it is important that students know the reasons why they get unhealthy during their study. Health is one of the most important thing in life, if we are unhealthy then life become less interesting, because being unhealthy causes the person to be come worried and it also makes the family members to become worried. Unhealthy people spend most of their time in getting healthy, but if they took care of them self before they became unhealthy then those people would be a lot happier and they could enjoy their life. It is unfortunate for some people who gets unhealthy even after their best to be healthy, by trying your best to be healthy people can prevent from getting sick. There are a lot of reasons why students get unhealthy during their student life.
1) Not sleeping enough - Most of the students sleep very late and there for they sleep very little. Students love to hang out at night their friends and stay up until so late at night. Healthy person sleeps every day for minimum of 8 hours, sleeping is most important thing to do in hour life. Sleeping is like recharging your battery. It is highly recommended for students to sleep early and wake up early. Sometimes it can be very hard for some students to sleep early because of their assignments and preparing for exams, but even if they can not sleep early they should sleep when they have the chance to sleep early.
2) Eating unhealthy - There are many types of students, some students don't have money, some students have money but wants to save money, and some students spend their money on wrong things. Students who doesn't have money usually struggle during their university life, there for they have to budget in order to pull it through, those students eat every day only rice, rice isn't unhealthy but eating only rice everyday is unhealthy. Students should try to balance their diets and eat some meat, seafood and chicken now and then. Students who have money but wants to save money also eats cheap food because they want to save money on food. Saving money is good thing, but saving money on food can be very unhealthy. Some students love to eat at fast food restaurants, fast food can increase your cholesterol and increase the body fad which will result in heart attack late in life.
3) Drinking - Drinking is healthy for every one but drinking alcohol is not healthy, alcohol can have very bad side effect in our body. These are the few side effects of alcohol, central nervous system, bursting of capillaries and blood vessels, reduces the blood flow in our body, reduces the production of hormones in the body, loss of memory, liver cancer, high blood pressure and kidney failure.. It is common among students to go to night clubbing and bar to drink or at home, all of these will have very bad effect in the health of students. Students should understand their goals during their study and do their best to achieve their goals rather than having fun by drinking and partying.Some student might have their own reasons for drinking, but it is important for them to over come their reasons for drinking and stop drinking to protect their health.
