These tips for Tier 4 student visa for UK can help students to avoid making mistakes and it will increase the chances of getting their Tier 4 student visa for UK.

Bank statement must be personal bank account and it must be under your name or your parents name.

Make sure the bank statement is personal bank account and it has to be under your name or under your parents name. The bank account of a company is also unaccepted, so many people thinks that they can submit their parents company account but UK immigration office does not accept that bank statement. If you are thinking that bank account of other people besides your parents or your personal account will be accepted then you are wrong.  For UK visa bank statement is one of the most important factor for approval of your visa.

Bank account must have enough money that will cover your study

If you degree costs 15000 pound sterling and if your bank account have 15,000 pound in it, then you might get rejected that is because you do not have enough money to cover your expenses and as well as you study all together. If your study cost 15,000 pound per year then you should have 30,000 pound to be in the safer side. You will need to have 25,000 pound minimum but it is highly recommended that you have over 15,000 pound for your living specially if you are going to study in London. One room can cost up to 700 pound per month and if it is outside London then it can cost up to 500 pound per month. Some cities are cheaper which one bedroom can cost about 300 to 400 pounds per month including utility bills. If you come from wealthy family then I could recommend you put enough money that will cover all three years of your bachelor degree. Having enough money in your bank account reasonable demand by the immigration office because you have to pay your tuition fees at the start of your study, so if you don't have enough money to pay for your tuition fees and as well as your accommodation then there is no point of giving you the visa since you are telling them that you cannot afford to study in UK.

Choose the university that you can afford

Some students apply to the university that they cannot afford to pay, and they do not have enough money in their bank account when they try to apply for visa. If you can afford tuition fees of 8,000 pound per year then choose a university that has tuition fees of 8,000, another tip is try to apply for international students scholarship. This scholarship is not full scholarship but it can save you about 1,000 to 3,000 pound per year.

If you have been reject before make sure you write it in your application

It is so important not to lie in your application, you might think that the immigration office does not know but they know almost everything, but it is best to believe that they know everything about you. If you do not remember the date you were refused then you have the section in the end of your application to tell them that you don't remember the dates.

Do not make a mistake in your application and if you do make a mistake then rewrite your application

Do not make a mistake in your application, if you do make a mistake then make sure you rewrite your application even if you have paid the application fees and made an appointment because if you don't correct it they will reject your visa. The advice in getting your tier 4 visa for UK is to fill your visa application correctly. If you made a mistake then just cancel your appointment and ask for refund, the refund takes long time but they do refund it. Therefore, just cancel your appointment and ask for refund and write your application over.

Have an accommodation before you apply for visa

In UK if you want to rent an accommodation then you need to view the place before you can rent it, and international students cannot view the place unless they have the visa to come and view the place unless you ask a friend in UK to view the place for you. The tip for getting an accommodation before you come to UK is hostel. Even if it is costly or bad, book and pay for the hostel at your university. The reason for this is because you could ask for refund if you don't like the place when you come to UK. Make sure you write the correct address and the contact details of the accommodation you are going to stay, common mistake is when people write the address of the university or their friends address in another city. Print the payments you have made for the accommodation and submit it with your visa application.

Do not take your family if you are going to study bachelor degree or masters degree in UK

You cannot get dependent visa for your wife and children if you are going to study undergraduate courses or masters degree, only Phd students can apply for dependent visa. Applying for your student visa with your wife and kids will just increase the chance of rejection of your visa. Apply for your self only and then if you badly want to bring your family then apply later for them as 6 months tourist visa and then send them back to your country before their 6 months visa expires and then apply again after that, make sure they don't over stay because if they do overstay then you will not get a visa if you find a job after you graduate.
