It is sad when some of the international students are unable to pay their tuition fees at their last year or last semester, but they should not give up that easily. These are the few things international students should do:
1) Write a formal letter to your faculty dean, to the president of your university or to the head of accounting/ finance department and explain why you cannot pay your fees and what kind of help you need, the university might do little investigation to make sure what you wrote in your letter is true, because some students tries their luck. Mostly they will help student with good grades.
2) Write a letter to private companies and ask them for help, usually some of the companies will help these kinds of students for publicity.
3) Write a letter to your embassy and ask them for help.
