The foundation is 1 year course, it will consist of 3 long semester or in some universities 2 long semester and 1 short semester, it is based on the policy of the university.

Foundation in Law

In Malaysia there are few universities or colleges that offer law courses, and some of them offers for local students, the reason is because every country has different law. Just like any other foundation courses students have the variate of choices to have different path.
Some Educational Pathways:
  • Bachelor Degree in Law

  • Bachelor Degree in Commercial Law
There are a lot of readings, memorizing and understanding students will be doing in Law. In foundation in law students will develop the understanding and when they study in Bachelor Degree they will have foundation in understanding and they will have clear understanding when they learn new things in Bachelor Degree.

In conclusion, students should know what course they want to study before they apply to the university because if they apply for the course that they are not happy about it will be little difficult and costly to change their courses. Foundation Courses are 1 year so even if the students want to change their course in the last semester then they should rather not change but instead apply with the same foundation certificate to the course they want to study even if it is no in the same field.

The universities and colleges are growing in terms of quality and the amount of students, the amount of colleges in Malaysia are growing every year, but not all of them are as good as some of the top universities in Malaysia. The colleges in Malaysia are very good place to study for those students who does not have enough qualification to study in universities can apply to colleges because some of the colleges have higher quality compared to some of the universities. It is hard to identify which university or colleges are the worst in Malaysia, it is up to each of the students to identify the worst university or college in Malaysia.
Picturewww.mqa.gov.my
Based on MQA Setara 11 university and college rating we can also find out the worst university in Malaysia, but that does not mean that is the worst university in Malaysia based on setara 11 rating, but there are some other colleges that are not listed in setara 11 because they have not produced and graduate students, and also there is one college that was not listed because they chose not to participate. It is important to understand the quality of the university or college the students are studying to make better plans after they graduate from bachelor degree. It is hard to identify with just MQA Setara 11 rating because most of the universities and colleges are in TIER 4 and 5. It is important to look at other resources to find out the worst university or college in Malaysia.

Picturewww.webometrics.info
Ranking web of universities is one of the websites that provide almost all the universities and colleges in Malaysia, this is also one of the good ways to understand the quality of the university and identify the worst universities or colleges in Malaysia. There also limitation to this source of knowing the which university or college is the worst because the ranking of this website is only based on the website of the university or college and also the activities of the each university or college in internet. It does not mean that the worst ranked university or college in Malaysia in this website is the worst, but it does help us to give an idea of the standard of the university or college in Malaysia, it is important to look at other source. There new colleges in Malaysia that are growing very fast and in the near future these colleges might be ranking high in the country.

Which method is the best to know the worst university or college?

If you see that in your university or college the students are not that smart in school work or in general then you can know the quality of your institute. If you also see that students are paying money to the lecturers to get more mark from their assignment or quiz then that is also one of the good ways to know the quality of your university, It is almost impossible to pay money to you lecturers in Malaysia and if you do find out that any students is paying money to their lecturer it is highly advised to report it to the administration of your university or college. It is up to every individuals to know the quality of the university based on the information they get from students and also from the websites that provide ratings and rankings of the universities in Malaysia.
To conclude we encourage the students to make the best of the universities they are studying and support the university or colleges by improving your self in terms of study, knowledge and networking, the success of the students is the success of the university. The students are the representatives of the university or colleges and if the students do not perform in their studies and knowledge then they will always think of the university. It is also important that students and universities unite together for the future of students and university by supporting each other.
